§ 605. Repeal and Replacement of Resolutions 67-97 (August 11, 1997) and Resolution 37-01 (July 20, 2001); predecessor IRB members to continue as successor IRB members for 90 days.

A. Resolutions 37-01 and 67-97, establishing and governing the operations of the Predecessor IRB, are hereby repealed by operation of this Act, subject to Section 5, § 3 of this Act.
B. Actions of the Predecessor IRB as of the date of enactment of this Act are hereby ratified as compliant with Cherokee Nation law in effect at the time of such action.
