Cite as: 40 CNCA § 505

If any employer or person feels aggrieved by a decision made by the TERO they may appeal that decision to the Cherokee Nation District Court.

1. Hearings shall be governed by the rules and procedures governing civil actions in the Cherokee Nation District Court.

2. At the final close of a hearing, the Court may take immediate action or take the matter under advisement.
