§ 1124. Using computer networks to violate Cherokee Nation statutes

No person shall communicate with, store data in, or retrieve data from a computer system or computer network for the purpose of using such access to violate any of the provisions of Cherokee Nation statutes. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for a term not to exceed one (1) year or by imposition of a fine in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
