Cite as: 21 CNCA § 1219

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be imprisoned for not more than one (1) year or shall be fined an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by both such imprisonment and fine.
