Cite as: 47 CNCA § 4-101

This chapter does not apply to the following unless a title or registration has been issued on such vehicles under this act:

1. a vehicle moved solely by animal power;

2. an implement of husbandry, except as provided in 47 CNCA §§ 4–102 and 4–104;

3. special mobilized machinery;

4. a self-propelled invalid wheelchair or tricycle.
