Cite as: 47 CNCA § 12-420

Sections 12-416 through 12-420 of this title may be used in any civil proceeding in this nation and the use or nonuse of seat belts shall be submitted into evidence in any civil suit within the jurisdiction of the Cherokee Nation unless the plaintiff in such suit is a child under sixteen (16) years of age.
