The district court shall modify, upon request, the revocation or denial occurring pursuant to 47 O.S. §§ 753 or 754. The district court shall enter a written order directing the Department of Public Safety to allow driving, subject to the limitations of 47 O.S. § 6-205.1 and the requirement of an ignition interlock device as provided in 47 O.S. § 754.1; provided, any modification under this paragraph shall apply to Class D driver licenses only.
