Ross Winn serves as the Council of the Cherokee Nation Technical Operations Coordinator, a role he assumed in March of 2026. Prior to working for the Council, Ross worked under Cherokee Nation IT and Public Safety and Justice as a Computer Hardware Technician.
As Technical Operations Coordinator, Ross works with the Council to ensure smooth IT and digital media operations, including the live-streaming needs and other technical operations for Committee and Council meetings.
Ross attended Tahlequah High School and graduated in 2021, then attended Northeastern State University.
Over the years, Ross has had a passion for motorsports and the outdoors, racing motocross/cross country motocross for eight years. He enjoys riding dirtbikes, motorcycles, mountain bikes, and spending time on the Illinois River and Lake Tenkiller, along with a passion for cars, computers, and photo/videography.
