A. Tribal citizenship is derived only through proof of Cherokee blood based on the Final Rolls.

B. The Registrar will issue tribal citizenship to a person who can prove that he or she is an original enrollee listed on the Final Rolls or who can prove to at least one direct ancestor listed on the Final Rolls.
