Cite as: 12 CNCA § 1513

Any respondent age eighteen years or over who willfully disobeys any civil anti-harassment protection order issued pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for a term not to exceed one (1) year or by a fine in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
