Cite as: 21 CNCA § 863

Every person who endeavors either by themself or by the aid of others to conceal the stillbirth of an issue of a woman's body, or the death of any such issue under the age of two (2) years, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one (1) year, or by a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both.
