Cite as: 21 CNCA § 1280

Any person violating the provisions of Section 1279 of this title, upon conviction shall, on conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000), or by both such imprisonment and fine.
