Cite as: 21 CNCA § 1284

Any previously convicted or adjudicated person who violates any provision of Section 1283 of this title shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three (3) years, or by a fine of not more than Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
