Cite as: 21 CNCA § 321

Any member of the Tribal Council who shall violate the provisions of Section 320 of this title shall be guilty of a felony, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), and be imprisoned for not less than one (1) year nor more than three (3) years and, in addition thereto, the member shall forfeit office.
