Cite as: 27 CNCA § 1501

This legislative Act shall be titled and codified as the “Cherokee Nation Energy and Sustainability Act of 2026,” in Cherokee Nation Code Annotated Title 27 and alternatively as “An Act Repealing and Replacing the ‘Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Act of 2009”’ or the “Cherokee Nation Energy Act.”
