Nothing herein shall be construed or interpreted to grant exclusivity to any particular provider of nursing or allied health education with respect to any such provider's relationship with Cherokee Nation and nothing herein shall prevent Cherokee Nation from executing other agreements or partnerships with any provider of health care education.
