A. Commencing with fiscal year 2023, the Council authorizes the Cherokee Nation to match donations, in aggregate, to the Cherokee Nation Foundation by Cherokee Nation employees through payroll deductions, of up to $50,000 per fiscal year, for the purpose of supplementing Cherokee Nation Foundation's general scholarship funds.
