Cite as: 8 CNCA § 2

The purpose of this Act is to Amend Title 8 of the Cherokee Nation Code Annotated, authorizing the funding of programs and activities to survey, document and undertake restoration efforts of certain historic cemeteries in the Cherokee Nation, and to repeal and replace certain acts while substantially maintaining the programs authorized under those previous acts and imposing various reporting requirements.
